Dutch Eatery Persijn equals fresh, healthy and delicious food. With typical Dutch ingredients and fresh produce from its own greenhouse, Persijn shows that Dutch Cuisine can also be innovative and interesting. Persijn, finally.

From greenhouse
to table

Persijn mainly works with products from its own greenhouse, supplemented with the best of local producers. In the unique circular greenhouse on the 22nd floor of the building, Persijn grows vegetables, herbs, fruits and even breeds fish. Pure, sustainable and innovative. Typically Dutch.

At home at Persijn

The driving force behind Persijn are chefs Luc Kusters (Bolenius) and Alexander Brouwer. Their vision on Dutch Cuisine is being expressed in a surprising and diverse menu, at a location where everybody is welcome and feels at home. It’s no-nonsense, for lunch and dinner, with business contacts or your best friends. Feel at home at Persijn and enjoy really, good food.

Open 2018

Persijn opens in 2018 in the brand new Amstelkwartier in the east of Amsterdam. The kitchen is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Curious to find out more? Follow us on social media for a peek behind the scenes and updates in the days up until opening.
